Step 3 - Connect the workflow with your team note

In step 1, you have created a team note, that contains all your team members. Now you have to connect it with Filterize. 

At first, go to Evernote and copy the note link.

Then visit my.filterize.net. Here you find in each "Filter" and "ToC Manager" a new stack containing the workflow you have imported from our Lounge. 

All filters and ToCs that have "(Team-Note)" in their title need to be adjusted. 

  1. Click "EDIT"
  2. Open "Parametriszation via note and insert the note link here. 
  3. Do this for every filter and ToC, that has (Team-Note) in its title

Step 4 - Set up dashboards for each team member

Now you can start to work in Evernote. Therefore open Evernote and ...

  1. ... create a new note. 
  2. Write somewhere in the note title the name of the team member. So the note title could be: Todo overview for Pascal
  3. Add the tag "todo-list" to the note. 
  4. Sync Evernote several times.

Repeat this for every team member. 

Step 5 - Set up a dashboard for all unassigned todos

To set up this dashboard, you have to:

  1. Create a new note in Evernote.
  2. Add the tag "not-assigned".
  3. Add the tag "todo-list".
  4. Sync Evernote several times.

Step 6 - Set up a dashboard for the whole team

To set up this dashboard, you have to:

  1. Create a new note in Evernote.
  2. Allocate a bit of space for each team member, e.g. by writing their names like headlines.
  3. Insert beneath every headline [todo_{tag of team member}], e.g. [todo_pascal].
